9. The model is suitable for producing high quality machine use stretch film rolls and film with thick thickness.
A jumbo roll winder is optional (up to 40 KGS per roll at 500 mm film width). We had already sold a lot of 1000 mm jumbo roll stretch film machines to Turkey.

3) Alloy screws and barrels with good nitrogen treatment.

5) Top quality XHD T-die (standard) or JC-TIMES T-die (optional).
6) ESD film pinning device is used for pinning the film edges.
7) Metal hoses are used for connecting the water joints and better cooling.
8) Idle guide rollers with hardened surface for stable and fast speed production.
9) MITSUBISHI PLC and 3 pieces of W-shape air shafts.
